How comparison works
Router resolves the pickup and destination and checks each provider against its published service markets.
See planning ranges only where Router has a model. Other providers are shown without an invented price.
Open the official provider, review its current fare and wait time, then optionally save that quote on this device.
Built around provider reality
Open rideshare, taxi, autonomous, and scheduled providers from the same route comparison.
Paste provider text or enter the displayed fare and ETA. Router instantly re-sorts the comparison.
Connect your own Uber or Lyft rider account for personalized prices. Each sign-in entry is relayed only for that provider check and is never stored by Router.
Ready whenever you are
Install it like an app on iPhone or Android. Recent routes and the comparison shell stay on your device for quick access.
Your ride, sorted.
Good to know
Connected Uber and Lyft prices are requested from your rider accounts when you refresh a route. Manually saved prices and Router-generated ranges are labeled separately.
The providers do not offer one shared public pricing interface. Router currently supports account-based pricing for Uber and Lyft. Other providers retain coverage-aware estimates and direct handoffs until equivalent rider access is available.
No. Router compares options and opens the selected provider with your route. You review and request the ride with that provider.
Lyft verifies your existing rider account with one-time codes. Uber chooses the next account check and may request a password or code. Router relays each entry once to Uber, never logs or stores it, and keeps only the resulting encrypted rider session.
In direct Waymo markets, Router opens the official Waymo app and copies your route. For Austin and Atlanta routes, Router opens Uber with the pickup and destination because Waymo rides are requested through Uber in those cities.
Location is requested only after you tap “Locate me.” It improves provider handoffs and stays optional—you can always enter an address.
The installed interface and recent routes remain available. Address resolution, provider price checks, and provider handoffs require a connection.
